Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Lattice to

• commit, facilitate, or materially assist illegal activity, fraud, theft, extortion, stalking, or evasion of lawful access controls;
• exploit or endanger minors, or create, solicit, transform, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors;
• create or distribute non-consensual intimate or sexual content, sexual extortion material, or deceptive sexual impersonations;
• plan or meaningfully facilitate violent wrongdoing, weapons misuse, or conduct intended to cause serious physical harm;
• encourage self-harm or suicide, especially where the service is used to pressure, coach, or isolate a vulnerable person;
• deploy malware, credential theft, destructive exploitation, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized surveillance, or other abusive security activity;
• impersonate another person deceptively, misrepresent AI output as a licensed professional's judgment, or use generated material to defraud or manipulate people;
• make eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, health, legal, or similarly consequential decisions about a person solely from Lattice output without any review required by applicable law;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights; or
• bypass rate limits, billing controls, tenant isolation, model restrictions, safety measures, or other technical safeguards.

Enforcement

The operator may block a request, revoke credentials, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or make a legally required report when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, comply with law, or enforce this policy. Enforcement should be proportionate to the risk and should not be used to discriminate unlawfully.

Reporting

Report abuse or suspected unlawful use through the published support contact. Do not send active secrets, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a report.
