Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-06-r2 · Effective 2026-10-06
These Terms describe access to Lattice, including its OpenAI-compatible API, account tools, and any paid plan. Before new usage, accounts must affirmatively accept the displayed Terms, confirm adult eligibility, and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. Accounts without a current receipt can record acceptance in Account, as explained below.
Recorded acceptance and existing accounts
New password signups record an affirmative adult-age attestation and acceptance of the displayed Terms version. A new Go purchase requires separate affirmative acceptance of its displayed Terms and recurring charge. Existing, imported, or externally provisioned accounts may have no recorded acceptance; viewing this page or signing in with GitHub does not create that record. Those accounts must affirmatively accept the current documents and confirm adult eligibility in Account before new inference/API usage, API-key creation, purchases, or provider onboarding. Existing keys do not bypass the owner check. Subscription management and cancellation, account recovery, data export, and eligible deletion remain available without accepting.
Eligibility and service scope
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Lattice. The initial pilot is invite-only and limited to the service countries listed below. An invitation does not override laws that apply where you use the service.
Do not use Lattice where doing so would be unlawful, subject the operator to a registration or licensing obligation the operator has not accepted, or violate sanctions or export-control restrictions.
AI service and important limitations
Lattice gives you access to artificial-intelligence models. Responses are generated by AI, may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or fabricated, and should be independently checked before you rely on them.
Lattice and its models are not licensed doctors, lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, therapists, emergency services, or other regulated professionals. Do not treat model output as a substitute for qualified professional advice or use it as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about another person.
Your account and API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, recovery material, API keys, and devices. You may not sell, share, or transfer account access in a way that defeats account limits or security controls. Revoke a key promptly if you suspect it has been exposed.
Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use Lattice to break the law, exploit minors, create or distribute non-consensual sexual material, facilitate violent wrongdoing, compromise systems or accounts, evade service safeguards, or infringe another person's rights.
Your content
You retain your rights in prompts, files, and other content you provide. You grant the operator only the limited rights needed to transmit, process, store when you choose storage features, secure, troubleshoot, and provide the service. Lattice does not sell your content for advertising and does not use your conversations to train or fine-tune models as described in the Privacy Notice.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and for outputs you choose to use or publish.
Go subscription · $10/month
Go is a recurring subscription priced at $10 per month, plus any taxes shown by the payment provider. It automatically renews each month at the then-disclosed price until you cancel. Before Lattice opens subscription checkout, you must separately affirm the recurring charge and cancellation terms.
You can cancel from Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; unless the law or the checkout/portal terms require otherwise, paid access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period. Lattice will not require you to contact support merely to stop future recurring charges.
PAYG wallet top-ups are separate one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Adding wallet cash does not authorize automatic PAYG spending; that permission is a separate opt-in.
Refunds, disputes, and billing errors
Contact the operator promptly about a billing error. Refunds and credits are provided when required by law and otherwise according to the terms presented at purchase. Chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes may temporarily pause paid access while the associated ledger is reconciled.
Changes, suspension, and termination
The operator may change or discontinue features, models, limits, or pricing prospectively. Material legal or recurring-billing changes require an updated disclosure or consent where required. Access may be suspended to protect users or systems, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address nonpayment.
You can export account data and request deletion from Account. Financial, security, and audit records may be retained when needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and keep an accurate transaction ledger, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lattice is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every model, output, integration, or endpoint will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
